CORON PALAWAN Day 1 : Arrival

We arrived in Coron via Air Philippines Express at 3pm. Airport in Coron is in Busuanga. The runway is very small. Medyo nakakatakot nung maglalanding na kami kasi biglang baba agad ung plane.. So may mga napasigaw maybe because of fear? hehe But the view of the Calamian Islands from the top was Awesome!

Calamian Island from the Plane
Our Coron Tour package was arranged by Calamian Islands Travel and Tours and they welcome us at the airport. They gave us welcome lei.

We need to travel via land for about 40 mins to reach Coron. While we're on our way to Coron from Busuanga, we noticed that some of the mountains has no trees or panot ung mga bundok nila. We asked the locals and told us that because it is very hot in Coron.

We booked accomodation in Darayonan Lodge. But when we arrived there, we encountered some problem regarding our preferred rooms. We booked 2 Deluxe Room (4 pax per room) but the Front desk informed us that Calamian Travel and Tours booked us 3 standard rooms. So nagulat ako because hindi un ung pinareserve ko. We don't want to stay in their Standard rooms kasi malapit un sa highway at ayaw naming makarinig ng ingay ng mga sasakyan sa highway.. But the front desk informed us again na meron naman daw available Deluxe room but the problem is we need to transfer to another room on the last night kasi may nakabook na ron. I did not agree. I asked Calamian Travel and Tour to fix the problem and found out that it's their fault. So Calamian Travel and Tur accept their mistake. They solved the issue. So ayun we need to stay in Darayonan for 3D & 2N then either transfer to their standard room on the last night or transfer to Mt. Tapyas Hotel. We decided to transfer to Mt. Tapyas Hotel on last day. At least we experienced two Hotels in Coron.. hehe

Darayonan Lodge is very nice place. There's a swimming pool, it's near to the market and to Mt. Tapyas and it has a very fast Wifi access. But the problem is the people in the Lodge. They are not accomodating. I think the management needs to train their staff on how to handle their customer. To have a good customer service..^^

PP Palawan Day 3 - Honda Bay Island Hopping

Palawan Tour will not be complete without Island hopping. We need to see and experience the beautiful Honday Bay Island! Call time is 7am so again me and grace wake up early and have our breakfast. We don’t have waterproof camera but it’s good that when we arrived in boat docking area, locals’ offers digital camera waterproof case for rent amounting to P300.00. I rented one ‘coz I want to capture colorful fishes.

Fist Stop: Pambato Reef
I really love to see different kind of fish and corals. Our tour guide took picture of us near a big clam.

I love the island. The water is so clear and it has white sand. We had our lunch here. Sarap ng food namin as usual. Fish, Chicken, Shrimp,Veggies and Banana. Nagpaluto rin kami ng crabs at libre un ni Lizeth.. hehe We are sooo full. J

Sya ang gaming naging photographer.. :P Sumunod din pala sa amin si Lizeth and she took picture of the two foreigner sa malayo.. When she/we viewed the photo, walang damit ung 2 as in nude sila pero we understand them..:D

The water is so clear

Daming Donghae! xD

That is what I learned abour this trip. xD

PP Palawan Day 2 - Ugong Rock and Kalui Resto

This is not included in our tour package. It cost 500 pesos for this. Side trip lang kasi to. It's up to you if you want to experience a mountain climbing and zipline or not. Eh gusto namin un ni Grace so we grabbed it! :P By the way, they call it Ugong Rock kasi umuugong sya pag tinutoktok mo ung bato. May kakaibang sound. Parang walang laman sa loob ung rock.. ^^ This is also handled by ABS-CBN Foundation Bantay Kalikasan.

L-R: Grace, DS, Hyelee, Me and Lizeth

Nakakapagod umakyat pero go parin kami kasi we are adveturous. We like adventures!
Si Grace sa makipot na daan. ^^
Need ng rope para makaakyat sa taas. Super exciting talaga. :)
Me
Pawis-pawis at pagod  na . haha
Sarap ng feeling when we reached the top kasi medyo mahangin sya. Ganda rin ng view, :)
Me at the top of the mountain
May choices pababa, it's either same trail nung umakyat ka or zipline. Sympre kami we choose the "ZIPLINE"! Yohooo! Medyo hesitant nga lang ako nung una kasi takot ako at medyo may fear talaga ako sa heights. Pero sabi ko, kaya ko to! So after trying, sarap pala. Medyo nakakatot lang talaga nung una kasi super slant sya. Mga 90 degrees at parang mawawalan ka ng hininga but when you overcome it, SARAP! :) First time ko rin magzipline so this experienced was very unforgettable talaga. :)

Here I come!
Me!
After the very tiring but awesome and super fun day, we made a reservation in Kalui restaurant for dinner. According to the other tourist, Kalui Resto served delicious food at very affordable price. Kelangan nagpapareserve ka talaga kasi kung on the spot ka pumunta ron, wala kang table na makukuha.

Picture picture muna outside the restaurant while waiting for our table and for Lizeth.

We ordered sea foods~~^^!

Call time is 6am so we ate breakfast at 5:30am. The free breakfast in the hotel is Continental breakfast (coffee and bread ) pero hindi un nakakabusog (takaw eh! hehe) so pinaupgrade ko sya into Filipino Breakfast. You need to add 70 pesos.
Longsilog
The Underground River is not near. We travel via land for about 2 hours with 1 stop over for those who want to pee.
